Continuing from where book one left off, Lyle heads back out to the mean city streets in search of murder and mayhem and all kinds of other fun 'cop things'. Surprisingly, a routine traffic stop results in something most unexpected - named Bucky, and he's got all the qualifications for a runaway romance.
